Chapel Plaque
Consider a lasting tribute to those you wish to remember with a personally inscribed message. Chapel plaques remain one of the most popular methods to memorialize an individual or commemorate a special occasion. For a contribution of $300 you are afforded (4) lines of text. Located in Deborah's ecumenical Chapel on the main level of the medical center, a perpetually scrolling touch screen displayed beneath the Eternal Light, allows visitors to quickly enhance an image of their loved one's personalized virtual plaque. More than 11,000 plaques are currently visible within this impressive display of remembrance and love.

Deborah Way of Life
The Deborah Way of Life is a unique and extremely visible method of ensuring your or a loved one's name will be forever etched on the walls inside Deborah Heart and Lung Center. For a contribution of $100 your name will be permanently added to the Way of Life. Acting as a visual hand-rail that winds its way throughout the main floor of the medical center, visitors and guests often stroll through the hallways reading and touching the countless names listed. The location of each name is identified through numerical postings. Map and directions are available at the Front Desk in the Lobby.
Sunshine Forest
Located within the window-lined Gallery of Donors adjacent to Deborah's Main Entrance and Lobby, the Sunshine Forest is a unique opportunity for a meaningful and lasting way to demonstrate your heartfelt expressions of gratitude, recognition, and devotion to those dear to you while supporting Deborah Hospital Foundation. This highly visible and comforting 24ft display features (5) multi-colored trees signifying strength, growth and life. These trees are nestled in an expanding grove of boulders signifying stability and safety, elegantly watched over by doves, signifying peace, love and hope.
Donors of Distinction
Located within the Gallery of Donors this impressive 35ft long display captures the complete philanthropic spirit of all the generous donors listed on it. Updated in the 1st quarter of the year, one half of the display reflects the generosity of the Annual, Major and Planned Gifts received by Deborah Hospital Foundation. The other half depicts an inspirational accounting of the most generous supporters in Deborah's impressive 98 year history with gifts ranging from $25,000 to more than $3 Million.
