Jim Andrews
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jim Andrews is an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in leading strategic initiatives and heart and vascular service line success. Currently, he is serving in a dual role as the President and CEO of Deborah Heart and Lung Center and Deborah Hospital Foundation. Having joined Deborah in the Fall of 2024, Jim has been most impressed with the organization’s altruistic mission, people-centric culture, and superb quality outcomes. With a platform based on these three pillars, Jim will advance the institution’s reputation as a leader in cardiovascular and pulmonary care while maintaining the 102-year-old mission of financially supporting the care of every Deborah patient.
Mr. Andrews holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College. His expertise and contributions to the healthcare industry have earned him a multitude of national and New Jersey based awards and he is most proud of the sustainable success of his former organizations in both Northern New Jersey and Boston.
