Sandra M. Fein

(Sandi) was elected to the Board of Directors of the Deborah Hospital Foundation, as a representative of the Pennsylvania Region, at its annual meeting on May 18, 2005. Sandi has been an active member and volunteer fund-raiser for Deborah Heart and Lung Center and the Deborah Hospital Foundation for more than thirty years. She is President Emeritus of both the Pacesetters and the Children’s World Chapters of Deborah. Sandi continues to serve as a Life Member of the Pacesetters Chapter, where she actively co-chairs various fund-raising events. Sandi currently serves on the Board’s Mission and Board Responsibility Committees.

Sandi is also affiliated with Brecht Associates, Inc., a consulting group specializing in strategic planning and market research for the senior housing industry. She has more than 20 years experience in managing healthcare planning and marketing services on behalf of hospitals, healthcare systems, and public and non-profit healthcare corporations.

Ms. Fein’s diverse market research and strategic planning experience includes studies for numerous retirement, active adult, and assisted living communities, strategic planning for geriatric services, and development of certificate of need applications. Her background includes market and competitive analysis, project management, moderating focus groups, and business development.

Sandi is a graduate of Temple University’s Master’s Degree Program in Health Care Management. She was also President of Temple University’s Health Care Management Alumnae Association from 1998 to 2000. She is also a member of the Healthcare Planning and Marketing Society of New Jersey and the New Jersey Association of Non-profit Homes for the Aging.
