A Night of Magic Moments: Red Tie Gala Raises Funds for Deborah
More than 450 supporters turned out on Saturday, April 14, 2007 for Deborah Hospital Foundation’s Second Annual Red Tie Gala, featuring WPVI-TV’s Erin O'Hearn as emcee, and entertainment from Charlie Thomas’ Drifters. The event, which took place at the Park Hyatt Philadelphia at the Bellevue, raised over $86,000 in support of Deborah Heart and Lung Center, which, for 85 years, has never billed a patient for heart, lung, or vascular care. Featured items included an exclusive vacation package at Canyon Ranch Resort in Tucson, Arizona, which was the top live-auction item, bringing in an impressive $7,500. A Philly Sports Fantasy Package topped out at $4,000 for premium tickets to Sixers, Phillies, Eagles, and Flyers games.
