Chapel Plaque Consider an eternal tribute to those you wish to remember with a personally inscribed plaque. For a $300.00 donation, a brass plaque is placed in the Deborah Heart and Lung Center’s Chapel for the first year. After the first year, the plaque is moved to the Memorial Hall, located directly across from the Chapel. Plaques measure 4.5 x 2.5 inches and can be inscribed in memory of one individual using up to four lines. In addition, plaques can be reserved to guarantee a place in Memorial Hall. Place Order |

Founder's Tree Celebrate life by honoring your loved ones and friends with an engraved leaf or boulder on our Founder's Tree. This perpetual tribute offers donors long-term gratitude for their support of DEBORAH Heart and Lung Center. The Founder's Tree features 30 boulders and 1,000 brass leaves. It is located in the reception area of DEBORAH Hospital Foundation in the Alexander E. Cymrot Building making it visible to many visitors that come through their doors. Hall of Honor Remember the wonderful deeds of an outstanding individual and/or organization or pay lasting tribute to a loved on with a beautiful "Window of Life" commemorative plaque. Hall of Honor plaques are mounted in the entrance to the Benjamin L. Winderman Auditorium. Sunshine Forest The Sunshine Forest is an exciting and unique opportunity, which offers donors long-term recognition and appreciation for their support of DEBORAH Heart and Lung Center. Likewise, donors can commemorate a special occasion, honor loved ones and remember family members and friends. The 24-foot dedication wall features 5 magnificent trees, 20 boulders and 1,000 brass leaves clustered throughout the forest. The Sunshine Forest is located in the window-lined corridor to the left of the main entrance at the Center, offering high visibility for such a unique display. Way of Life Unlike other medical facilities, at DEBORAH every contribution is meaningful. To recognize all our supporters, we created the Deborah Way of Life. Make a name for yourself with your signature inscribed on the wall of DEBORAH. You can also honor or memorialize a loved one. Names of those who are unable to write including infants and deceased are inscribed with large block lettering, rather than a signature.
