Consider an eternal tribute to those you wish to remember with a personally inscribed plaque. For a $300.00 donation, a brass plaque is placed in the Deborah Heart and Lung Center’s Chapel for the first year. After the first year, the plaque is moved to the Memorial Hall, located directly across from the Chapel. Plaques measure 4.5 x 2.5 inches and can be inscribed in memory of one individual using up to four lines. In addition, plaques can be reserved to guarantee a place in Memorial Hall.
