GUIDELINES ON REGIONAL RAFFLES
A raffle is held on an annual basis within each Region.
Another easy way to keep records is to use a Chapter membership list to record all information, which the National Office can supply. Record the numbers of the raffle books distributed next to the member’s name.
Each chapter that sells tickets is required to complete a Raffle Income Form which is forwarded to them by National Chapter Services & Support prior to the dates of the drawings.
