Deborah Reaches Out
The goal of Deborah’s Community Outreach Program is to provide free health screenings and education on cardiovascular risk factors with heart healthy eating tips and living a healthy lifestyle. This effort includes Health Fairs as well as providing Speakers covering a wide range of topics. The Outreach Program is led by RN and Community Outreach Clinical Coordinator, Tina St. John Bialt.
